Ty Morozs

Ty began his career in the construction industry as a brick mason under the guidance of his grandfather. The countless days spent laboring in the sun and dust ignited a desire within him to pursue a deeper understanding of design, prompting him to return to college for Architecture. He ultimately earned a master’s degree from the University of Colorado, solidifying his commitment to the field. Following his education, Ty gained valuable experience as an architecture intern before opting to return to the realm of construction. This decision allowed him to marry his architectural knowledge with practical skills, leading him to acquire an ICC Class-B General Contractor license, which enables him to oversee both commercial and residential building projects. Throughout his journey, Ty has worked for several architecture and construction companies, stepping into the role of Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of various projects. A Colorado native, he places a strong emphasis on natural daylight and sustainability when designing spaces, which in turn has made high-quality remodels his preferred area of expertise.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ty enjoys dedicating time to improving his own home, smoking meats to perfection, playing tennis, or embarking on exciting adventures with his family across the globe.
